I have a question about the queues,

I have got a queue setup so when people ring the sales department they get to the thank you for calling sales then the hold music, It is set to unlimited so they can stay in the queue for unlimited amount of time, but it is going though this sequence once then going to the fail over, How do i stop this from happening. All the phones are set to ring for 35 Seconds before going to vm
