Hi everybody,
I have spent a few hours on searching this forum for solution but no succes.

Becose of the virus (in real world) we had to change ours commons and bussines time we are avaiable

What I need:

Possibility to route incoming calls within one trunk depending on hours (working hours and "after" is not enough.) We have to get possibility to divide the bussines hours time for about 3 periods to set diffrent RingGroups .

Is it possible?

Hi,
Does it concern account "grzegorz7" as well? (ext 206, 207, 209 and 221) We are not able to see any recorded calls since 2013 and 2-3 months ago there was everything ok...

I moved my accout onto www0 and it works now

but what was going on for these few hours I still don't know

Does anybody may confirm?

I can't even login to account becose it redirects to www1 server.

on extensions I have 408 error (timeout)
trunks (more than one provider) are not responding

Pls confirm or say that it is not your problem (in more polite way Augenzwinkern

Maybe something is happened on my account only?!

that is mean that I should buy 5 times 10 euro for a month. Then after buy 15 minutes support.
50+15=65 EURO
And after that cancel PBXes PRO.

Is it possible to get this paid service without such round-robin activities? E.g 65 Euro?

To avoid misunderstanding:

PBXes PRO means that I had to use your CRM?

I like and use your service called pbxes but I dont want to use your CRM *becose I implemented different one on site).

What to do? This feature is really mine "to be or not be"
What should I buy and how much units of this what should I buy? TO have this feature (Reg Expires TTL) working?

COuld you take a look at logs in my account (trunk 'act_trunk'). I used to use it as call-in number and quite oft I have busy signal tone. SOmetimes it helps when I refresh it manually by clicking 'submit changes' button and red stripe thereafter but today it not working. WOuld you be so kind and.... ?

Logged as ext <201> I am able to log in and log out other extensions to any queue. I can even add an extension that not exist. Is it OK?
