Some basic Call Reporting would be really nice. Even if only like you get on your call logs on your cell phone, Received Calls, Dialed Calls, Missed Calls, with each saying the date, time and duration. Some additional details including the extension that answered or placed the call would be really nice.
We currently use the queue missed call notification for when an incoming call comes in and does not get picked up, but if someone hangs up before the queue times out it won't trigger the email, so that means I sometimes need to dig through thousands of lines of system logs to find the caller ID of the person if I want to know who tried calling.
